After surfing through the Internet reading countless articles on meditation
techniques and breathing, and combining that with my nightly routine of yoga poses, I feel as though I may have actually achieved something
special and unusual.

I started out as an amateur in building my body,
but I am skilled now.

I have always been very weak and small, no muscle whatsoever and no weight either.

I strived to be competent though in self defense.

So every night I started stretching my legs and arms for gradually increasing increments of time; for instance I would grab my toes for 90 seconds and then do the same but in a different
position.

Then I learned yoga poses that I added to my routine such as the lunge, the warrior pose, the half moon pose, the cobra, etc.

I also did crunches and small amounts of push-ups. I meditated regularly, and created new, healthy breathing habits for myself.

I constantly did acrobatic exercises such as the handstand and the cartwheel.

I have also been training my sense of balance. I think I can actually feel my chi flowing sometimes because of this.

And if I go a couple of days without doing it, it feels as though my energy is actually
blocked up and stopped.

But I must say, I feel great after my routines.

I’ve been doing if for a couple of months, (the process I described above), and I am now more in shape, extremely faster, and I have way better
balance.

I would greatly recommend this kind of thing to everyone.

Not only does it build you up physically, it also builds you up MENTALLY.
Which I believe is very important to your well being.

Just create for yourself a personalized routine. Think of this before you get a fitness tutor
or anything you have to pay for.

You can achieve physical and mental greatness by yourself; you don’t need to pay someone or have someone else help you.

Now, this only goes so far according to your abilities and your knowledge of poses, stretches, exercises, etc.
But you can train yourself first.

If you seek more advanced learning after this,
then I would suggest paying someone. But not if you’re a rookie!! Try this first. Thank you for reading.

The reason I discovered I could make myself better is because I didn’t have the resources for someone to teach me, but I had to do something with my time!

Once again, thank you for reading.

On the off chance that you avoid one day in a long extend of every day rehearse you most likely won’t see it. On the off chance that you skirt a week it is more probable that you will see it.
